FCPS Guide

Everything for the FCPS pathway, from your first exam to your Fellowship — Part 1, the Intermediate Module, and Part 2. 8 QBanks, 30,799 MCQs across every specialty we cover.

Stage 1

FCPS Part 1

The entry exam for the FCPS Fellowship, run by the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP). Paper 1 covers basic sciences shared across specialties (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Community Medicine); Paper 2 is specialty-specific. Passing Part 1 makes you eligible to start structured training in your chosen specialty.

Stage 2

Intermediate Module (IMM)

A mid-training checkpoint CPSP introduced to assess trainees partway through their specialty training, after Part 1. It sits between roughly two years of structured training and eligibility for Part 2 — theory first, then a viva (TOACS) once the theory is cleared. Requirements and eligible specialties vary, so always confirm the current rules for your specialty on cpsp.edu.pk.

We don't have a dedicated IMM QBank yet — it's next on our list. Your Part 1 QBank above stays useful here too, since IMM draws on the same basic-science foundation.
Stage 3

FCPS Part 2

The final Fellowship exam, sat after completing structured training (and IMM, where required) in your specialty. Written at subspecialty depth — this is exam-day-ready content, not an introduction.
