Welcome to HighYield. By accessing or using highyield.pk you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the HighYield platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

HighYield provides MCQ question bank platform for students and professionals in Pakistan and abroad, covering exams including MDCAT, ECAT, CSS MPT, FCPS, and international licensing exams (DHA, MCCQE, NRE, SMLE). Features include practice quizzes, progress tracking, bookmarking, and analytics. A limited number of free questions are available in each question bank before purchase is required; some question banks are free in full. We reserve the right to change which question banks are free, and to introduce or remove features, at any time.

3. Purchases and Payment

  • Most question banks require a one-time, non-recurring payment to unlock full access for a fixed period (e.g. 1, 3, or 6 months). Access does not renew automatically and no ongoing subscription is created.
  • Pricing varies by question bank and is shown on each QBank's page and at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time; changes do not affect access you have already paid for.
  • Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. HighYield never collects, sees or stores your card details.
  • We also accept bank and wallet transfers (NayaPay, JazzCash, IBFT). These are verified manually against our account, so access is normally activated within a few hours of you confirming the transfer on the site, rather than instantly.
  • Access is granted to the account you are signed in with, is for your personal use only, and must not be shared, resold or transferred.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. In summary: every bank has a free 20-question sample so you can judge it before paying; we refund duplicate or erroneous charges, cases where access was never delivered, and purchases made within the last 7 days that you have not used beyond that free sample.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of purchase using the details at the end of this page.

4. User Accounts

  • Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
  • You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute question content from HighYield without permission
  • Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content on HighYield — including question text, explanations, and website design — is the intellectual property of HighYield or its content contributors. HighYield does not copy, reproduce, or republish the actual copyrighted exam papers of CPSP, PMC, FPSC, PPSC, or any other examining or licensing body. Every question on the platform is independently authored by our team, written to reflect the topics, question style, and difficulty level of the relevant real exam — not the verbatim wording of any specific past paper. Any resemblance to a particular past-paper question is a product of testing the same well-established medical, scientific, or general-knowledge fact, not of copying. You may not republish or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

7. User-Submitted Content

By submitting questions or other content to HighYield, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You confirm that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Disclaimers

HighYield is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that question content is 100% accurate. Always cross-reference with official textbooks and past papers.

HighYield is an independent platform and is not affiliated with UHS, FPSC, or any other examining body.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HighYield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or exam performance outcomes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
