FCPS Part 2 Exam Dates 2027: CPSP Schedule for Major and Other Subjects

FCPS Part 2 is held by the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) twice a year for each group of subjects, and it includes a clinical component, so the schedule is published separately from Part 1. This page lists the 2027 dates and how to find your own sitting.

FCPS Part 2 exam dates 2027

Other subjects (for example Plastic Surgery)	13 April and 28 September

For comparison, FCPS Part 1 is held on 5 January, 6 April, 6 July and 5 October 2027, and the IMM on 16 February and 17 August 2027; see FCPS Part 1 exam dates 2027. How Part 2 is structured

Part 2 combines written papers with a clinical examination (long and short cases) and a viva, and the clinical days are scheduled by specialty and centre. That is why the exact day your clinical exam falls on can differ from the date of the written paper. Read the notice for your specialty on the ePortal.

How to apply for FCPS Part 2

1. Confirm you have completed the training period and requirements for your specialty.
2. Log in to the CPSP ePortal and open the Part 2 examination form for the sitting you are targeting.
3. Submit the form and the fee within the window CPSP announces for that session.
4. Keep your confirmation and download your roll number slip when it is released.
