PGET gives you two hours for 100 MCQs per paper, so pace and breadth matter as much as depth. Here is a simple four-week plan.

Week 1: Paper I core

Anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology and pharmacology in Tutor mode, 50 questions a day, reading every explanation.

Week 2: Specialty paper

Work through your specialty bank by topic and list the weak areas.

Week 3: Mixed blocks

Mix both papers in 50-question blocks and redo every question you missed.

Week 4: Timed papers

One full 100-question paper in two hours every second day, with a half-day review of errors after each.

Pick your specialty bank from the UHS PGET question banks. See the exam pattern guide for the format.
