Who Can Apply

A BDS degree recognised and registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC).

Receive your Form number and fee challan by email — keep this, it identifies your application throughout the process.
Pay the examination fee via bank challan, a CPSP regional office, or online card payment. CPSP sets and updates the fee independently, so check the current amount directly on cpsp.edu.pk rather than relying on a fixed figure — it's shown on your fee challan.
Upload your documents and submit against your Form number. Unreadable scans are a common cause of rejection — check every upload before submitting.
Download your roll number slip once your application and payment are verified. It carries your exam centre, date, and reporting time.

Unregistered or lapsed PM&DC number. Confirm your registration is current before you start the form.
