FCPS IMM Medicine Mock Test: Paper 1 & Paper 2, Free Practice

The FCPS Intermediate Module (IMM) theory exam, per CPSP's own guideline, is 200 MCQs split across two papers — Paper I: 100 MCQs in 2 hours, Paper II: 100 MCQs in 2 hours — for a total exam duration of 4 hours. Unlike FCPS Part 1, IMM doesn't split its two papers into "basic sciences" versus "specialty" — both papers draw from a mixed pool of medicine topics, which changes how you should think about preparing for each one: there's no safe assumption that Paper I will be easier or more fact-recall-heavy than Paper II.

That structure — two full papers, same format, back to back — is exactly what's hard to simulate with ordinary topic-wise practice. Most candidates drill subjects individually (cardiology one day, nephrology the next) and never actually sit a fixed, timed 100-question paper the way it's administered on exam day.
