How to Apply

1. Go to the CPSP ePortal at cpsp.edu.pk — the only official application route. Don't apply through third parties.
2. Select Ophthalmology as your specialty and complete the form using your PMDC/PMC number.
3. Receive your Form number and fee challan by email — keep this, it identifies your application throughout the process.
4. Pay the examination fee via bank challan, a CPSP regional office, or online card payment. CPSP sets and updates the fee independently, so check the current amount directly on your fee challan rather than relying on a fixed figure quoted elsewhere.
5. Upload your documents and submit against your Form number. Unreadable scans are a common cause of rejection — check every upload before submitting.
6. Download your roll number slip once your application and payment are verified. It carries your exam centre, date and reporting time.
