1. Medical Disclaimer (Important)

• Aesthetix is a simulation tool for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• The simulations generated by the AI are mathematical approximations and do NOT guarantee actual surgical or clinical outcomes.
• Individual results in real-world procedures vary based on anatomy, healing processes, and the skill of the medical professional.
• Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or board-certified surgeon before making any medical decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using Aesthetix, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Conduct and Content

• You are responsible for the images you upload. You must own the rights to any photos processed through the App.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates the privacy of others.
• HighYield reserves the right to terminate access for users who violate these standards.

4. Intellectual Property

All technology, algorithms, UI designs, and branding associated with Aesthetix and HighYield are the exclusive property of HighYield. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Data Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We utilize industry-standard security protocols to protect your data; however, no digital transmission is 100% secure. By using the App, you acknowledge the inherent risks of digital data sharing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HighYield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with real-world surgical results based on an AI simulation.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
